The Imperfect Pearl

The Baroque (German, Barock) old town of Dresden at sunset. The term Baroque is thought be be derived from the Spanish barrueco, a large, irregularly-shaped pearl, a term that was originally only usedby jewellers. The style became synonymous with many styles, architecture, furnishings, artwork, clothing and music to name just a few.

This single exposure was passed through Aroura HD before being finished in Photoshop, the processing took some time but the results are worth while.
