When you live in (or in my case just on the outside) of London and take most of your pictures in London a PhotoFriday theme of Ocean initially seems like a difficult challenge. Short of taking a picture of a plate of Fish and Chips or a visit to the fish mongers I was a little stuck, until I remembered this shot from a recent visit to Brighton.

I decided not to post this picture at the time of posting the other pictures from Brighton trip because this one required a fair amount of Photoshopping to correct colour and contrast but I quite like the image so this challenge is a good excuse to post it.

In case you are wondering Brighton is on the south coast of England and that rather horrible brown looking water is the English Channel.
